Editor’s Note: Every investment in Orchard Alliance is a seed planted in fertile ground. The funding you provide through your investments doesn’t just build buildings — it fuels movements. It empowers churches to stretch their reach, deepen their roots, and multiply their impact in communities hungry for hope.

The story of Reveal Fellowship is a beautiful picture of exactly that: real people encountering the warmth of Jesus’ love, being transformed from the inside out, and stepping into lives of wholehearted devotion — not just as followers, but as active partners in His redemptive work. Read on and see what your generosity makes possible.

When Pastor Dave Hall was called to lead a church in Lake Worth, Florida, he began seeking God for a new name that would reflect God’s purpose for the church’s next chapter of ministry. The Holy Spirit prompted him that the calling of the church was to reveal God’s character, nature, and love to and through His people.

 And Reveal Fellowship was born.

Since the church’s rebirth, many “de-churched” have returned. The de-churched represent former churchgoers who had become disillusioned with, wounded by, or just burnt out over what they experienced in a previous church. The “resurrection” of the de-churched was sparked when Pastor Dave’s son, once a prodigal, returned to the church, rededicated his life to Christ, and started inviting many of his friends. Soon, their previously unchurched and de-churched families began attending. Their faith was revitalized as pastor Dave preached with vulnerability and transparency—and wasn’t afraid to talk about tough and uncomfortable issues.

This honest preaching—along with a vibrant prayer life, a palpable sense of the Spirit’s presence, intentional discipleship, and a willingness to address the deepest needs of the community—has helped launch a season of strong, steady growth for Reveal Fellowship.

Vibrant Prayer

Prayer is foundational to Reveal’s growth and vitality. In addition to prayers emailed daily to members of the congregation by Pastor Norman Wise, who leads Reveal’s prayer and counseling ministries, Reveal holds a Zoom prayer meeting every morning and several times a year, the church conducts a “Week 777” event— 7 days of prayer and fasting, meeting at 7 am and 7 pm—to seek God for spiritual breakthrough and deliverance. This culture of prayer has been helping people find freedom from spiritual oppression while also uniting the church as they pursue their mission to draw others to Christ.

Intentional Discipleship

A core tenet of the Reveal Fellowship ministry model is discipleship. Small groups are a huge part of this discipleship process. Several years ago, the church transitioned from traditional midweek services and a few small groups that had been stagnating to an “Acts 29” model that incorporates Bible study, worship, and heart-level fellowship.

“The idea of Acts 29 is not that we’re adding to the Bible,” notes Tye Riter, Reveal’s Executive Pastor. “There are only 28 chapters in the book of Acts, but we really do see that God is continuing to write his story in the lives of our people, and that what we see in the first-century Church should be carried forward to every generation of Christ followers. We do Bible study, we do worship, but we also share meals and do life together—and it becomes a very warm and intimate gathering where people can pray for one another and bear each other’s burdens.”

Community First

As Reveal grew and developed, it looked with intentional eyes into the deepest needs within the greater Lake Worth community. One of those needs centered around children, of which there are 100,000 within a 10-mile radius of the church. So, to minister to these children and their families—and to contend with the reality that the church was outgrowing its current facility—Reveal began pursuing plans to expand. It became clear that the church needed not only to expand and upgrade its current sanctuary but also to build a permanent facility to house the burgeoning children’s ministry.

Funding the Expansion

As with most bold Kingdom ventures, Reveal’s expansion plan required a significant capital outlay. “We knocked on the doors of some nearby banks, and they’re like, ‘Okay, how many giving units do you have?’” recalls Tye. “They laid out all the hoops they were going to require us to jump through, which were many.” But Reveal’s leaders, recalling a previous loan they had secured with Orchard Alliance to purchase an adjacent property, chose to work again with Orchard to see this project fulfilled.

“I would strongly recommend that churches wanting to build or expand their facilities knock on Orchard’s door, because Orchard has a heart to see ministry flourish. They offer so many things that are really advantageous for churches—like the fixed-payment program—which is practically unheard of in commercial loans. And engaging with Orchard felt like we were working with friends and family rather than an institution.”

After receiving the loan from Orchard and raising considerable funding on their own, Reveal began work on the sanctuary expansion and the 2,700 square-foot R-Kids Worship Center—and completed the work in late summer 2025. Since then, the R-Kid’s center has created space for children to gather, worship, and become Spirit-filled disciples of Christ. The Center now hosts an AWANA program on Wednesday nights, offers piano, guitar, and voice lessons in its School of Music, and runs summer music camp.

“One of our leaders had a vision,” notes Tye. “He was a musician and wanted to train up worship leaders. And so, we started doing a music camp. And it was kind of music camp meets Vacation Bible School.”

The Center also just invested in a new playground to launch summer activities and hopes to start an after-school tutoring program in the fall.

Within six months of opening the R-Kids Worship Center, church attendance increased by 25%, demonstrating the facility’s immediate impact in attracting young families and engaging the community.

By remaining true to its mission as a Bible-believing, Gospel-centered, Christ-exalting community of faith, Reveal Fellowship continues to serve its community with open arms, drawing children, young families—and de-churched people of all ages—into a warm, authentic, nurturing community of Christ.
