Planned Giving Module
Thank you for your interest in adding a planned giving module to your church website. We are pleased to support your efforts to educate your congregation about alternative forms of giving and estate planning.
Providing the information requested below will allow us to customize the module to align with your website. Our Ministry Services team will work with our web team to create the module and send it to you for review. We will also provide the link to add the module to your website navigation for seamless integration.
Once you provide the information and required files, it will take up to two weeks to complete the design work, after which we will provide a draft for review and approval.

EXAMPLES OF EACH FORM FIELD ITEM
1. Ministry or Church Name
This will be shown in several areas throughout the microsite.
2. Brand Color
This will be the color used on all pages to make it look custom to your church or ministry. The Blue and Red below is an example or what will be replaced with your brand color.
3. Donate or Give button link
This additional highlighted button in the navigation is optional but can provide an easy way for someone to visit your page to accept gifts or donations.
4 & 5. Contact Phone Number and Email Address
This will be featured on the landing page under the header for “GET STARTED”
6 & 7. Leadership Contact Information
This is where you can feature up to 2 leadership members. This can build trust with your audience featuring familiar faces as well as provide a way for people to contact these leaders for additional questions.
8 & 9. Form options and email address to send filled forms to
This is the form which will be at the bottom of each page in the microsite. This form is to allow people to easily engage with you as they have questions without searching for a contact page. There is one section of the form which has options for you to choose from. The “How did you hear about this giving opportunity?” section is to help you identify where people are coming from. Once the filled form is submitted, we will need to know what email address to send this information to.
10. Footer Text Information
This is an area fro you to add simple text on the footer of each page to give people simple quick information. We suggest Physical Address, Mailing Address, Office Hours, Phone Number, Email Address, Website URL, etc. A link will be provided for people to go to your site to see your full website and footer.
